How about the moons in high-sec have asteroid minerals in instead? Make them much less profitable than mining the belts (but still profitable, unlike most moons atm) and people would flock to them. null null My sig is not my sig .

They will only fire on your allies if you have aggressed each other in some way. e.g. shot each other, looted each others' wrecks (if not in same corp), smartbombed their drones... The bigger problem is that they prefer shooting unarmed wanted 0....
